A few months ago I travelled to the country side to shoot a Virgos Lounge look.
When I first started my blog I use to wear a lot of this brand. VL provides you with the perfect party dress! I love the inspired vintage feel it has and flattering shapes. The price is really affordable too.
I wanted to share with you one of my favourite dresses and make it a bit more special. I chose a beautiful model and a peaceful, country location.
Lauren won Britain’s next top model in 2007 and has persued a successful modelling career, enabling her to travel the world. When I see Lauren in real life she is as beautiful off camera as she is on. I always describe her as “walking airbrushed.” She has the most amazing figure and gave me and my assistant “THINSPIRATION” for….. well just for that day! Anything you dress this girl in she will look good. Unfair I know. She is so lovely and so down to earth too, ok i’ll stop because it is quite sickening I know.
You have seen me wearing this dress before HERE so I wanted to show you how else you could wear it. This dress is so wearable; you can dress is up in the evening or dress is down for a cute, girly day look.
What do you think? Do you prefer the dress in the day or evening?
Whilst we were shooting in such a lovely location I wanted to show you another casual day look. As you know my favourite denim shorts are by One Teaspoon. I bought a new pair in Olive, and here they are:
Remember the skinny trick to always buy your denim shorts one size too big!
Here are some behind the scenes pic’s:
And that’s a wrap! Thank you Lauren for modelling, hopefully we can have fun again soon!
