ARTIFICIAL FLOWERS | HOME INSPO | CHOUQUETTE HOME

written by Chouquette July 26, 2017

Finally I got myself organised enough to create my hall way vision. I wanted to share this with you because you may have a place at home that you want to brighten up and get a little creative. I had this blank, empty cabinet in my hall way for the passed year. I took my time to think of an idea that suited the house and was a little more original than plates or glasses.

The beauty of this idea is you can tailor it to your style, maybe you want red flowers only, or pastel flowers. Maybe your space is a lot smaller or bigger; either way you can play around with it and create a space that suits you and your home.

I am actually really pleased with how it turned out. I did not over do it and it’s got me excited to make a start on another idea in the bar. If you liked seeing this on my blog and on my YouTube channel leave me a comment and I will share more home inso ideas.

Make sure you watch the video here. My next video will be sharing my hallway tour and a lounge tour so click the subscribe button to ensure you do not miss the notification uploads.

STAGE ONE

To start off with take your time to collect the flowers as it’s quite expensive to buy in bulk. I also found mine flowers in different places (a list of stores can be found in the description box of the video.) You will also needs vases, take your time collecting those too. I loved using odd, mix and match styles and included bottles and jars too. Get creative.

STAGE TWO

Now you have the flowers and the vases, start off by placing the vases in position. Once you are happy with their position you can make a start with the flowers.

STAGE THREE

I places the flowers in the vases for a good fifteen minutes. Once I was happy with the placements I bent the stems so they were the correct height. I was too awkward to cut and I like the idea of bending them, this way I can re bend them to different heights if I get bored and want to re position them.

STAGE FOUR

Simply enjoy! Because they last forever you can play around with them and re use them around the house.
